Bailey Mester

My name is Bailey Mester, and I’m an Administrative Intern at Midwest Financial Group. I’m currently attending Madison College for liberal arts with plans to transfer to a four-year university. In addition to my studies, I play softball for Madison College.

Before my current role, I worked as a nanny, where I developed valuable organizational and multitasking skills that have been helpful in navigating the fast-paced, detail-oriented environment at Midwest Financial Group, even though my future career plans may lead me in a different direction.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy playing softball, reading, and spending time at home. I appreciate a balance between staying active and enjoying quieter moments, finding fulfillment in both my hobbies and downtime.
